BABY CARE ASSOCIATION has as its main goal to support the providing of the best healthcare conditions for premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Ward from the Maternity of County Emergency Hospital in Sibiu.

This is one of the 11 regional centers in Romania where around 400 newborns from Sibiu and Alba counties are treated annually, and the results of this clinic are comparable with those of similar clinics in Europe and the United States.

Thanks to the efforts of this association, starting with spring 2015, the Neonatal Intensive Care Ward in Sibiu has a new set of specially designed equipment for providing the best conditions for recovery and growth of newborns who require special treatment.

EYECON MEDICAL delivered and installed several equipment of Swedish origin:

• Warming systems with water mattress (based on the concept of kangaroo care);
• Warming systems with water mattress for prematures, and especially for twins;
• Baby bed for twins.
