The 40th anniversary of the Romanian Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Congress was held during the 14th -18th of May 2014, at the International Conference Center in Sinaia. This event reunited more than 1200 specialists, including the 46 foreign quests.
This congress had an extended scientific programme during its traditional scientific manifestations: the 8th Romanian-French Congress of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, the 6th Romanian-Israelian Symposium of Novelties in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, and the 13th Congress of Nurses in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care.
The core event of this Congress was the premier Edition of "Romania Dodoloata" Symposium held by the Romanian and Moldovan Societies of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, this symposium marking the symbolic reunification of these societies from the two countries. During this congress, it was signed the Common Declaration of the two societies.
The SRATI Congress 2014 was enhanced by the specialized medical exhibition ATImedica, which reunited 56 medical companies that exhibited last generation equipment, technology and accessories that are able to face the challenges in this field, so that the best results for patients’ health are now possible.
