"Pius Branzeu" Clinical Emergency County Hospital in Timisoara has started its activity in 1974 with 13 clinical specialties and 1030 beds, serving the population in the western part of Romania.
During the '80s, the first kidney transplants in our country took place in this hospital, urologic endoscopy was introduced and digestive endoscopy was developed, the cardiac stimulators implants continued; then, in the '90s, computer tomography was introduced and ultrasound diagnostics was intensively developed, as well as endoscopic surgery; during the first decade after 2000, the infrastructure has grown with a Clinic for Orthopedics and "Casa Austria" Traumatology Center.
EYECON MEDICAL has developed large projects in this hospital in several stages.
At the end of 2016, EYECON MEDICAL has radically improved many of the Operating Rooms of the Urology Ward, delivering and installing the following equipment:
Automatic sliding doors for operating theatre;
Pendants for the distribution of medical gases and electricity;
Surgeons scrub sinks with sensors for water/soap dispenser.
