The National Conferences Program in Modern Medical Management - Private Clinics and Hospitals, launched in 2011 by Oameni si Companii, is an efficient communication platform for the main partners in the private health sector, authorities and specialists. One of its core objectives is to analyze the existing malfunctions and to identify efficient solutions for a modern Romanian health system.
The third edition of the NATIONAL CONFERENCE FOR MODERN MEDICAL MANAGEMENT - PRIVATE CLINICS AND HOSPITALS took place during June 20-23, 2013 in Mamaia. The theme of the conference was The New Provisions of the Frame-Contract Regarding the Conditions for Providing Medical Assistance within Social Health Insurance System for 2013-2014..
EYECON MEDICAL has been consistently attending this kind of events, among the representatives of all those involved not only in the functioning of the health system, but also involved in the actions for its modernization.
This conference was attended by a number of 9 representatives of central and local authorities, 47 representatives of private clinics and hospitals, 2 representatives of public hospitals, 8 specialized associations and 38 business representatives. All participants could express their opinion and also work together to find the appropriate solutions.
After 20 years of state monopoly over health system and also of degradation, and eventually financial and organizational crisis, private clinics and hospitals come to show that the insured person, the patient and the practitioner desire and can benefit from increased quality, performance, responsibility and respect with regard to the medical act.
One conclusion drawn after this conference was the fact that a real partnership between private and public health sectors is perfectly possible, in order to obtain a balance between quality and price of the medical services, and to have the patient as the beneficiary of a modern and complete medical act.
